Refunds & Returns

In the unlikely event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please notify Vale Garden Houses, in writing, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Arrangements for collection will then be made with a replacement or a full refund given at the discretion of Vale.

Goods that are made to order (bespoke) are not returnable unless damaged or faulty. In this case Vale must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.

If you want to cancel your order, or are unhappy with your goods, please notify Vale in writing and return the goods within 14 days or receiving them to: Vale Garden Houses Ltd, Interiors By Vale, Belton Park, Londonthorpe Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 9SJ.

Providing that the goods are in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, Vale will make a complete refund less any expenses occurred. The refund will be given using the same method originally used to pay for the goods. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach Vale.
